Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Waist Trainer Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges for waist trainers within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

    • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

    • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for waist trainers.

  • Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the exchanged waist trainer to us and the shipping cost of returning the new waist trainer to the customer.

  • To initiate a return or exchange for a waist trainer, please get in touch with our customer service team contact@karinarabin.com. They will provide you with further instructions.

Other Product Returns & Exchanges:

  • For all products other than waist trainers, we accept returns and exchanges within [Number] days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

Shipping Policy - the basics
